Weekly Challenge


Yes, this challenge will make my third challenge for the week. This challenge is a combined challenge because I did the color challenge on Splitcoaststamper Gallery which consisted of using Blue Bayou, Real Red, and Soft Sky. Weekly Challenge



I love surfing blogs and this week I decided to participate in the challenge over on Jen's blog www.iheart2stamp.com As you know I am so loving the designer paper and I have found a new technique water coloring. Well it's not new but it is to me. You know I love to emboss so I am totally out of my box. :)

Friendship Box


Hello All:

Today's project is a box that can be used for any occasion. I choose to use it for valentines by placing some sweethearts in a cello bag.This box is made one piece of 12 x 12 cardstock. The stamp set is from the Valentine Bundle promotion which is available until January 31st as the bundle. Good deal.

Box Recipe:Stamp Set: Happy Heart Day Cardstock: 12 x 12 Real Red, Cameo Coral Textured, Watercolor Paper, Ginger Blossom Designer Paper.Ink: Real Red, Going Gray, Certainly Celery.Accessories: Blender Pens, Gold Brads, and dimensional, Cello Bags, and Sweetheart Candy: Technique: Water coloring. If you have never water colored on watercolor paper I say try it can't you hear the excitement in my voice. I tried it for the first time and it just works so much better than regular cardstock.

Get Well Card


Happy Sunday All:

I decided to participate in a stamp simply challenge that is created by Sharon another stamper. The challenge is to create a tall and thin card with minimum supplies. The card that I have created is 6 1/2 by 3 1/4 and uses one of the new stamp sets in the Spring Summer Catalog.

One of my Gold Canyon Friends just had surgery so I made this card just for her.

Cardstock: Ultra White & So Saffron Print Design Paper
Ink: So Saffron Craft Stampin Spots ( The small ink pads)
Accessories: Scallop Punch, Clear Embossing Powder,dimensionals and Heat Tool Gun
Technique: Embossing

Ginger Blossom Designer Paper


I have turned into a designer paper junkie. Designer paper can make stamping so much easier you don't need to do much stamping with designer paper when it is used as a focal point. The designer paper that I used is from the ginger blossom designer paper series.
